By downloading, installing, or using LilSense (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LilSense is a baby tracking application that helps parents and caregivers log and track their baby's feeding, sleep, and diaper events. The App uses artificial intelligence to learn your baby's patterns and provide predictions.

3. User Eligibility

LilSense is intended for use by adults (18 years or older) who are parents, guardians, or caregivers of infants and young children. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious content or code
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the App to collect data about other users without consent

6. Medical Disclaimer

The App's predictions are based on patterns in logged data and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment. If you have concerns about your baby's health, feeding, or sleep, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LilSense, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of WiscAI, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiscAI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that predictions will be accurate. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
